Topic: Strength In Numbers!
Text: Lev 26: 8
And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. Amen
Several factors are considered to determine the military might of a country. One of such is numerical strength. The United States of America and China are such military giants for several reasons including sheer numbers (i.e. the huge size of the army). The Nigerian Army is considered the most powerful in West Africa also for the same reason.
Generally speaking, in a combat, One strong man may be found wanting in the midst of 100 ordinary men. Unless he’s aided by superior weaponry or some other unusual advantage.
Same principle applies in our walk with the Lord. It’s very challenging to be a “loner” Christian and survive all the fiery darts of the evil one. We need to pull together and marshal strength for individual growth and supernatural victories. Lev 26: 8 says five of us shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of us shall chase ten thousand.
Why don’t you join other believers in fellowship anymore? It is dangerous to break away from camp and walk alone on the battle field. WE NEED EACH OTHER! Jesus prayed that we stick together and remain ONE so that the world will know we are His disciples.
Come and Join the family of believers once again. Together we will pray, praise, worship and marshal strength, win incredible victories and share in the corporate blessing that comes with the presence of God.
