Peace as a Commodity?

Today’s Devotion
Topic: Peace as a Commodity?
Text: 2 Thessalonians 3: 16

Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you. AMEN

Peace is of great value. If it was possible to manufacture peace in our industries, nations that can afford will purchase tons of it and store them up for posterity. Poorer countries would have been overwhelmed into extinction by chaos.

If peace could be bought from departmental stores, the rich and affluent would have bought much more than they needed and store them up in huge refrigerators. Their families could use some tranquillity, you know? Poorer families would have been very unhappy, especially when the peace commodity they bought from their life savings is about to run out and the reality of chaos stares back at them.

If peace was a retail commodity sold in our regular markets, individuals would have budgeted a substantial amount to buy as much peace as they can afford. And then fight anyone who uses their peace product without permission. For that product will be their only escape for all the turbulence that surround them.

EVERYONE COULD USE SOME PEACE, RIGHT? THERE IS SO MUCH CHAOS AND NOISE EVERYWHERE!

This day, we bring to you the PRINCE OF PEACE HIMSELF. Not as a commodity with a price tag and expiry date, NO! But as GOD’S ETERNAL FREE GIFT TO MANKIND. JESUS CHRIST is our peace.

He gives peace at all times and in everyway to those who believe in His name. He gives peace for your unstable mind, peace for your troubled marriage, peace from all the chaos around us. He gives us peace so we can love and care for one another. He gives peace within and without.

What else are we waiting for? Jump into this river of peace for your healing, deliverance and breakthrough. Begin to pray all the chaos OUT! Receive the breath of God in Jesus Name. The Lord be with you! Kindly click, watch and be blessed: https://youtu.be/oye3A3zEy6Q
