Topic: Lord Save Me
Text: Romans 10: 13
“For Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Amen
Everyone needs a Saviour; a Messiah to redeem us from this sin-infested world and reconcile us back to the righteousness of God; a place where our lives truly reflect the nature of God. (Luke 1: 31).
Everyone needs a Saviour; One powerful God to deliver us from all ills (sickness, poverty, failure, “backwardness”, reproach etc) and keep us in the perfect will of God. (Matthew 6:13).
Everyone needs a Savoiur, One powerful enough to destroy all the works of evil (1 John 3: 8), set the captives free, bring recovering of sight to the blind and set at liberty them that are bruised. (Luke 4: 18).
Everyone needs a Saviour; a High Priest who is able to empathize with our weaknesses, because He Himself was tempted in every way, just as we are – yet found without sin. (Hebrews 4: 15).
Everyone needs a Saviour; a Companion who sticks closer than a brother. (Proverbs 18: 24) One who can promise to never leave nor forsake. (Hebrews 13: 5). Everyone needs a Saviour; One who can give eternal life (John 10: 10).
JESUS comes highly recommended and without a competitor! He is the Way, Truth and the Life, no one goes to the Father except by Him.
Do not wait till death to realize the Saviour was by your side all this while and you missed. He is in the song you heard on the Christian radio station. He is the One who spoke to you through the evangelist you met. He is the One your parents talk to you about all the time; they tell you He can change your life for good – and it’s true.
He is the same God who helped you back in the years when none other would help. He is the ONE talking to you through this devotion.
These days, there has been a great awakening. Everyone has come to understand this basic truth now. It is not in race or colour, status or position. It is not about background or location. IS ABOUT THE SALVATION OF YOUR SOUL. Do you know the Saviour, does He live in your heart?
Call unto Him Now if you do not know Him! His name is JESUS, SAVIOUR OF THE WORLD– God’s free gift to all who believe. You don’t have to die in sin; do better for your soul! RECEIVE JESUS IN YOUR HEART NOW:
“So that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life.” (Philipians 2: 15- 16a).
