Text: Job 33: 14-18

14 For God does speak—now one way, now another— though no one perceives it. 15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on people as they slumber in their beds, 16 He may speak in their ears and terrify them with warnings, 17 to turn them from wrongdoing and keep them from pride, 18 to preserve them from the pit, their lives from perishing by the sword. Amen

One of the common ways God speaks to us is by dreams. All through scriptures, God directed several people into divine destiny through dreams; Jacob at Bethel, Joseph when he saw the stars, sun and moon bow to him, Joseph (NT) when herod was ploting to harm baby Jesus.

Most believers these days care little about dreams. Our minds are preoccupied with several issues. We go to bed with the pressures of today’s unfinished work, we wake up with the pressure of getting the new day’s job done. Generally, we really do not care about our dreams that much. Some of us do not dream at all, while most of the few that dream barely remember them when they wake up!

Job explains that it is possible for God to speak to us through dreams also; This He does to:
i. turn us from wrongdoing
ii. keep us from pride
iii. preserve us from the pit and our lives from perishing by the sword.

Have you not noticed that from the day someone snatch your purse in a dream, your finances started dwindling till now? God warned you but you did not care to pray about it!

From today, desire that God continues to reveal hidden truths to you in dreams. Ask for grace to remember all your dreams, also ask for wisdom to understand them.

Now begin to pray about every dream you had in the past, receive the positive, denounce the negative. Don’t take all your dreams for granted, they may be messages from God. Click: https://youtu.be/7PqEOTDLl9w
