Text: Daniel 6: 3
Now Daniel so distinguished himself among the administrators and the satraps by his exceptional qualities that the king planned to set him over the whole kingdom. Amen
We live in a world and age where all things have been reduced to physical pleasure and material possession. Dare to be different!
We are in a world where honesty has vanished to give way to the phrase “ways and means (ie: any way fair or foul) to achieve whatever we desire. Dare to be different!
We are called to be a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation and God’s own special people. We MUST therefore distinguish ourselves at home, at work and in school. Every believer is special to God! Dare to be different!
Commissioned by God to be holy even as He is Holy, we can’t continue to stain our lives with sin always and constantly fall short of the glory of God! Dare to be different!
Infact, let us like Daniel strive for good where ever we are given the opportunity to serve. Desire an excellent spirit from the Lord right now, the kind that doesnt not settle for anything less. Ask for grace to keep perfecting your skills and knowledge too.
For all we do and say, MUST bring glory to our King, HE IS AN EXCELLENT GOD, He will set us as stewards over many.
