Topic: Come Let’s Celebrate God’s Goodness!
Text: Psalm 66: 5-6, 9, 12b-14
5 Come and see what God has done, His awesome deeds for mankind! 6 He turned the sea into dry land they passed through the waters on foot— come, let us rejoice in him. 9 He has preserved our lives and kept our feet from slipping.
12b we went through fire and water, but YOU brought us to a place of abundance. 13 I will come to your temple with burnt offerings and fulfill my vows to you— 14 vows my lips promised and my mouth spoke when I was in trouble. AMEN
Oh! how good and pleasant it is when we gather in the name of the Lord and share fellowship with Him in Spirit and in truth. Where people from all walks of life are united into one great family by the faith we share in Christ Jesus.
Where we tell of His faithfulness one unto another. How He preserved our lives, kept our feet from slipping, delivered us from FIRE and brought us to a place of abundance.
Where we have the privilege to offer sacrifices to the Lord and fulfil our vows to the God of our salvation. Vows we made when we we in trouble.
Better is one day in the house of the Lord, than thousands elsewhere. Arise, let’s go to the house of the Lord. There is salvation for your soul, peace for your troubled mind. Healing for your body and beauty for your ashes. Wake the family, call that friend too, it’s time to make our way to the house of the Lord. See you at church.
And with that same heart of gratitude and spirit of worship, come let’s continue in fervent Praise and Adoration with the ever sensational “For Jesus Band” (4JBand). Yes! The long awaited day is finally here! “MORIAH PRAISE RELOADED” is happening live @ 3pm today. We heard of dumbfounding and humbling testimonies after last year’s concert. This year promises to be even greater and bigger, with more Spirit-filled songs and a wonderful time at God’s presence awaiting us. Call all family and friends, let’s end this year with a heart of Praise and Gratitude to God.
