Topic : Unshakable Confidence
Text: Hebrews 10: 35
“Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has a great reward.” Amen
The Word of God is ye and amen. Each time we catch a revelation from the Word concerning our lives, it naturally produces faith (faith comes by hearing, hearing by the word of God). This faith now produces confidence in the believer even when the odds are against us.
Apostle Paul expresses his unshakable confidence to the young preacher (Timothy) saying; “for this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I KNOW whom I have believed and I’m am PERSUADED that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day” (2 Timothy 1: 12).
The difference between being confident in Christ and being arrogance is that, the latter draws inspiriration and strength from SELF and seeks to project that SELF to be better than all. On the other hand, the fomer draws strength from the Word of God and seeks to give the Glory back to ELOHIM!
Some rivers in life may seem impossible to cross but deep down, we should remember that God is still on the throne and as such, things can only get better. He is bigger than any obstacle. He already has a way, and at the exact time, what He promised will come to pass.
Set your heart on the Word of God. There is always a word in the Bible to inspire your victory, healing, restoration and salvation. When you know what God is saying about your business, marriage, education and life, you will have confidence to face anything, even the worse and unexpected.
