Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. Amen.
Today’s text points to the fact there are great deposits in us that are being underutilised.
It is sad to hear people talk about how God used them in some time past to heal, to deliver, to preach, to give, etc. But what of today? Where is the gift?
The good news today is that God has not taken that gift away – that gift you received in the House of God. God is ready to use you for greater and mightier works now than you have experienced before.
All you need to do is to stir up the gift already in you. Go back to bible study, prayer and obedience. Also make a concious effort to be an active witness for Christ. For it is in witnessing to others that your gifts are being manifested. Begin to Pray now!
