Topic: There Will Be A Shaking!
Text: 1 Sam 14: 15
15 Then panic struck the whole army—those in the camp and field, and those in the outposts and raiding parties —and the ground shook. It was a panic sent by God. Amen
The enemy had come too close. Jonathan was very uncomfortable about this. His father, King Saul was staying on the outskirts of Gibeah, under a pomegranate tree in Migron. With him were about 600 men who could not be bothered. Jonathan decides therefore to attack the Philistines without the knowledge of his father.
He calls his young amour-bearer and said “Come, let us go over to the outpost of those uncircumcised fellows. Perhaps the Lord will act in our behalf. For nothing can hinder the Lord from saving, whether by many or by few”.The amour-bearer agrees to go. Jonathan then decided not to act on his own accord but allow God to lead way.
He told the amour-bearer: let us climb up so the enemy can see us, if they say to us “stay right there, we are coming!”, then God doesn’t want us to fight today. But if they say “come up to us”, then we will climb up, because that will be our sign that the Lord has given them to our hands”. Hallelujah
When the latter was confirmed, the two men climbed further up and attacked the Philistines, killing about 20 soldiers on the spot.

Beloved, please don’t sit under the tree with a bunch of unconcerned Christians who simply look on while the devil lay hands on their jobs, families, academics, marriages, loved ones and aspirations.
Arise! Take authority in Jesus name. Confront the devil in prayer and recover all that he has stolen from you. God will send panic waves to every “witch camp” or “satanic base” and deal with them that curse you from the dark.
Please do not wait till the enemy comes too close for comfort. And be careful not to rely on the over 600 men who are “resting under a tree” before you take action. All you need is a brother or sister that is committed to the same course and agrees to stand in the gap with you.
Begin to pray now! Defend your family, ministry and career in prayer. Resist the devil and he will flee from you!
