We have established that sexual activities between two or more unmarried people creates ungodly soul ties. Unfortunately this is the story for most of us. Let’s now discuss HOW WE CAN BREAK FREE from such ungodly ties:
1. Repent from sexual sin, be it in the past or present. Ask for forgiveness for yourself and sexual partner(s)! We must be sincere with our confession. 1 John 1:9 assures us of God’s total forgiveness when we confess.
2. We must renounce all verbal statesments and declarations that binds us together in such ungodly ties. We must also renounce the corresponding judgements we pronounce against ourselves if either party went contrary to the bond. Eg. promising to be there for each other forever, if not, the offending party should never find happiness with someone else. Prov. 21:32 says whoever watches his mouth and tongue keeps his soul from trouble.
3. Should there be gifts and items that symbolizes such ungodly ties that you idolize, get rid of them immediately. Eg. Rings, underwears you’ve kept to remind you our sexual acts together.
4. Take authority in the Name of JESUS and break such ties. Do this prayerfully, eg, ” i break any ungodly soul tie between myself and. …… I choose purity in Christ, I present my body as a living sacrifice, HOLY and acceptable to God”.
Break free from any opportunistic demons that enforce such ungodly ties. Jesus has power to deliver you completely (pray with 1 John 3: 8 -9).
Shut all the doorways that connects you and your partner(s) allowing for the transfer of demons, curses etc.
5. It is important to pray this prayer everyday, and MAKE A DECISION never to entertain sexual sin. If you are already in a relationship decide to abstain from sex till marriage. (Read 1Cor 6:18-20).
6. Believe that Christ has delivered you from such ungodly ties and walk in the light of your confession. However until you have a conviction from the Holy Ghost that you are free, continue to Pray about this whiles seeking forgiveness (Is 43:18-19)
7. Talk to your pastor or spiritual leader to complete the deliverance process by breaking this soul ties with prayers to SEAL your deliverance.
8. Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness (Gal 5:16-19).
NB: NEVER allow sex as a proof of your love to someone who is not married to you. Begin to pray now, for who ever the SON sets free is free FOREVER!
