So Ever Will, May Come! Text: Mat 11: 28

28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Amen

Let us be sincere with ourselves, some times we get tired and worn with a strong desire to rejuvenate.

To the righteous, those who are born of the Spirit and not of the flesh, the christian walk may present some challenges that totally dehydrate us. We are sometimes pressed or persecuted until we feel all used up and wish to turn our backs to God! We pray, fast, seek the face of God and still go through many challenges that threaten our JOY!

To all of such worn labourers and wounded soldiers, JESUS SAYS “COME TO ME, I WILL GIVE YOU REST”, He’s our Good Sherperd!

Now to the sinner, the one who has wandered away in darkness for years; those that are tired of living anyway/ anyhow. Tired of living a life full of complications and hopelessness. Those who feel caught up in one sin or another and know they’re far from the Lord. JESUS SAYS TO YOU TOO “COME TO ME ALL WHO ARE WEARY, I WILL GIVE YOU REST”, For the Son of Man came to seek and save the Lost!

Finally, to any one who needs salvation, the touch of a Savior, the comfort of the Father and the joy of a Friend! Jesus say’s COME! HE IS THE SAVIOR THAT STICKS CLOSER THAN A BROTHER.

.. COME! BRING YOUR LOAD AND BURDENS WITH YOU, LAY IT ALL DOWN AT THE FEET OF JESUS. HE IS MIGHTY TO SAVE. Begin to pray now!

*Times of refreshment abound in His presence, its in the worship, sermon and praise: see you at church this morning.*
