Topic : Oh, Magnify The Lord With Me!
Text: Psalm 34: 3
“Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together”. Amen
To magnify is to praise highly or glorify. When you magnify the Lord, you aren’t changing Him; you are changing the way you see Him. You are making Him far bigger in your life than your problems and circumstances.
Today, so many people waste time and energy talking about their problems and feeling sorry for themselves. In other words, they magnify their problems and circumstances in their own minds and hearts, giving God no space at all in there to prove Himself strong.
But when you start magnifying the Lord by talking about Him and worshiping Him, you are making Him big in your life. You are opening the door for Him to move on your behalf.
Beloved, decide today that no matter the things going on in your life right now, you are going to magnify your God. Sing about His goodness. Tell of His faithfulness. Declare that He is working behind the scenes on your behalf, and that in His time, all things are made beautiful. Exalt His name today and lift Him up!
As you magnify the Lord above your circumstances, He will become bigger in your life. You will see His hand of blessing move you from victory to victory!
But who can completely magnify our great God all by himself? Who, single-handed, can exalt His great name to the uttermost? He is bigger than a thousand tongues can completely comprehensively praise. Therefore David said, “oh magnify the Lord with me, LET US EXALT HIS NAME TOGETHER.”
Why don’t you join all other saints around the world in praise today. Join the procession to His temple and let us exalt His name together. See you at church!
