The Past Question Text: Mat 25: 40 (10/29/13)

“The King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’ Amen

In many of our high schools and universities today, students depend heavily on past questions to pass their exams.

The christian life isn’t any different but sadly, not many christians have a good number of past questions they may learn from.

Jesus was telling His people, that, at the time that He will come again, He will be like a shepherd; separating the sheep from the goats.

He further went on to say, that, He will put the goats on the left and they will ask what they did wrong! He said He will say to them that: He was hungry and they fed him not. He was naked and none of them even cared? Then the guilty will ask? Lord, when? When and where did you go naked and hungry and we didn’t see You?

With all our competent journalists, which hospital where you admitted at and we didn’t even hear a headline?

Then Jesus says He will say to them: because you didn’t do it for those who needed it most, you didnt’t do it for me.

This is a revelation of a marking scheme. Day in & out we meet people who need love. We come across people whose only means to survival is either to sin or beg. Some in the hospitals lack care n support. Others in prison have no hope. Its sad to know we niether care about the less fortunate around us nor even pray for them.

Christianity is not only about soul winning! It is also caring for one another too. How many lives has God touched n changed THROUGH YOU this year. Think about this.

From today, each time you get the chance to show compassion love & care, say a prayer over your gift and give it away cheerfully. By so doing, you are being a smart student who is trying out past questions before the exam day. Remember, time is ticking. It wont be long and we should be getting ready to stop work. JESUS COMES SOON! Pray for Grace to love and give.
