Topic: Arise Again!
Text: Micah 7: 8
Rejoice not over me, O my enemy; when I fall, I shall rise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD will be a light to me. Amen
Beloved, in case you have fallen from your first love, be encouraged in the name of Jesus to get up again. For even in darkness, God’s face shines brighter with mercy and grace unto you.
If life’s struggles have knocked you off your feet, rise up and walk on again — Christ is your strength. When all men are saying they are cast down, pull yourself up and say “there is a lifting up!”
Day in and out, we struggle with attacks, temptations and sin, but His grace is sufficient for our weaknesses — whenever we are weak He is strong.
Don’t allow lies, lust, gossip, bitterness, fornication, hate, unbelief, adultery, masturbation, pornography, stealing, etc, to overwhelm you to the point of snatching you from God’s purpose for your life.
You do not have to dwell in darkness. Neither should you let pride, indecision, over-reliance on self instead of God, lead to your down fall in life. Refuse to be a slave to sin. Refuse to see your situation as hopeless. RISE UP AGAIN, God’s grace is still sufficient for you.
Get up, shake the dust off and begin to pray. Ask for forgiveness and strength to walk in His light. He is faithful and just not only to forgive, but also to cleanse from all unrighteousness.
