Topic: Our All for His Fullness
Text: John 1:16 (Amplified)
“For out of His FULLNESS (abundance), we have ALL received (ALL had a share and we were ALL supplied with) one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favour upon favour and gift (heaped) upon gift.” Amen
Emphasis is placed on Fullness and All. You see God is much bigger than we can imagine, yet He is willing to have us encounter His “Fullness” if we will offer our “All” to Him.
This is to show us that, the much of God we receive directly depends on the much of ourselves we let go!
Imagine the immeasurable blessing to receive the fullness of God in our lives. His love divine, amazing grace, perfect healing, incredible wealth, exceeding supply of our needs, yoke breaking anointing, miraculous favour, eternal life and all the glory we can think of.
So knowing all these, what remains our reason for the not giving our All to Him? Well, maybe the earthly pleasures we dont want to forfiet? But honestly, how do these pleasures compare with “His Fullness”? Let us choose to live by His fullness than for eathly pleasure with eternal consequences.
Begin to pray: give your all to Christ now. Offer “to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.” (Ephesians 3: 19). Hand over to Him ALL YOU ARE AND HAVE BEEN, TO RECEIVE ALL HE IS. “For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.” (Colossians 2: 9).
“When all things are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also will be subjected to the One who subjected all things to Him, so that God may be all in all.
