None Can Snatch You Away

Topic: None Can Snatch You Away
Text: John 10: 27-28

My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. Amen

We are often afraid of many things. Fear unfortunately makes us vulnerable to attacks and traps. We entertain fear of witches, ghost, curses, death and even the unknown. This we do, without realising that our actions unconsciously depict some believe that those elements possess equal power to that of the great God, in whose care we are.

Apostle Paul describes the power of God as being “the same mighty strength exerted to raise Christ from the dead, placing Him at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. You see, God has placed all things under the feet of Christ and appointed Him to be head over EVERYTHING for the church.” (Ephesians 1: 18-22)

That is so refreshing. Do we now see how safe we are in Christ Jesus? Which demon or elemental spirit compares to this great power? Who will stand against the Lord? Who is able to snatch us from His mighty hands?

Make a decision from now to entertain no fear, except for the fear of God. Let us be bold and courageous in this new life received in Christ Jesus. He is able to keep us to the very end. All He requires from us is to remain His SHEEP. A people who recognize His voice, who listen to and follow after Him daily.

Please be reminded that your WILL, DESIRES AND DECISIONS remain the only force capable of stealing you away from the protection of our Lord. Begin to pray now therefore. Submit your WILL under His and ask that He takes control of your entirety. “He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.” (Psalm 37: 6).

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Ghost be with us all, now and forever, in Jesus mighty name.
