We Can Be Unstoppable!

Topic: We Can Be Unstoppable!
Text: Genesis 11: 6

The Lord said, “If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. Amen

Throughout the Bible, we find how possible it is for us, though different, to become one in mind and in spirit. It is possible for a man and woman to become ONE by marriage; it is also possible for the church to unite as ONE body (the body of Christ).

We don’t have to be the same person to be ONE; we may vary from each other but can agree in mind and principle to work towards a common objective. Jesus said “I and my father are ONE” (John 10: 30). And He explained that this was because He is in agreement with the father. He said “…. the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.” (John 5:19).

Honestly, once we agree in mind to be ONE, we become; even with the odds against us. For instance:
We all know a taxi cab in Ghana must take a maximum of 3 passengers at the back seat. In some parts of the country where commercial vehicles are limited however, this may not be strictly so.

A Christian brother explained his experience in a cab one Sunday morning. He says “I was the 7th passenger to join 4 children, a nursing mother and her child. What an overhaul! The eldest of the 4 children paid the required fare for a passenger and requested for his change. The driver was hesitant until the boy said “We are 1, my siblings and I represent ONE.

Passenger, they are sitting on me.” The nursing mother also paid the fee for a passenger (her baby and her are ONE). The driver could do nothing about it, the people are in agreement to be ONE, SO THEY ARE!You see, brethren, we achieve the impossible when we agree and unite. There is nothing more powerful than a united family, church or nation.

From today, let’s greet each other with this blessed truth: say to your friends and loved one “WE ARE ONE” and teach them to respond “WE ARE UNSTOPPABLE”.Pray for your family and colleagues, pray for the mind of Christ to dwell in all so that there will be unity. When we agree to Unite, nothing can hinder us from achieving.
