Topic: Be Specific About It!
Text: Matthew 20: 29- 34

29 As Jesus and his disciples were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed him. 30 Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!” 31 The crowd rebuked them and told them to be quiet, but they shouted all the louder, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!” 32 Jesus stopped and called them. “What do you want me to do for you?” he asked. 33 “Lord,” they answered, “we want our sight.” 34 Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight and followed him. Amen

The blind men were determined to catch the attention of Christ for their healing. Finally, Jesus stopped, called them and with the sweetest voice asked “what do you want me to do for you? They wanted to see!

It has been a while now since you came to know the Lord. From that faithful day you got born again till now, you have done everything you can to catch the attention of the Lord.

You have refused to let the crowd discourage you. You have been wondering when are you also going to experience the compassionate touch of our Lord, so that your life is made complete.

Well, Jesus has noticed you and He is asking you this morning “what do you want me to do for you”? Don’t be unsure about your needs; an unstable mind cannot receive anything from the Lord.

Begin to talk to Him right now about your situation. Be very specific with your request like the blind men did. HE IS JESUS; He can fix every problem if you will let Him. Your life is never the same after an encounter with the Lord! THIS IS YOUR DAY.
